Haitian Sensation – Mango & Scotch Bonnet Chilli Sauce

Great taste 2019National Chilli Awards chilli sauce

Our Mango & Scotch Bonnet Chilli Sauce is made with 100% Natural ingredients. There’s no surprises and no nasties. Haitian Sensation Chilli Sauce is our first and still favourite chilli sauce. Extremely fruity at 60% mango and whilst pleasing you with all the flavours of the tropical fruit followed by that awesome chinense chilli flavour of those superb scotch bonnet chillies. Although we only have 4% scotch bonnet in the sauce don’t be fooled. The sauce is no light weight in the heat department, however it is a pleasing balance between mild and too hot!

If you come up with any usage ideas, that we’ve not thought we’d love to know what they are. Heck we might even feature it on the website! If nothing else we’d love to hear your thoughts and opinions by the way of a review. Using this to guage whether you’d like our products milder or spicier.

Prices Spices Haitian Sensation Chilli Sauce is quite literally sugar, spice and all things nice…

The sauce ships in a standard 140ml sauce bottle, it may well blend in with the other bottles but the flavours will put it ahead of the rest. Once opened, this won’t suffer the usual chilli sauce fate of going to waste. We have a multitude of uses outlined below, please give some of them a try for yourself.

Works wonders with hotdogs, burgers and baguettes, many more uses than you can shake a stick at. Here’s some of the recipes we have put together for you to use your Haitian Sensation  Chilli Sauce in:

First tried this last year and loved it , just been to Eastnor Castle to the chilli festival and got this again plus Haitian Hottie and the India Joywala. Very nice would highly recommend…

  2. Brett

Nice and fruity with one hell of a kick. Good to dip chips in, if you can take the heat

  3. Alistair Nutting (verified owner)

Tried this at the Coventry food festival – simply amazing. Took a bottle that day and ordered another 2 days later.

  4. Helen E Lewis (verified owner)

    Utterly exquisite!
Haitian Sensation has a quick kick followed by the freshest mango burst on the tongue. The fruity note with its upfront heat make this a seriously adaptable product. Splashed in a paella as well as slathered in a toastie sandwich with mature cheddar; Haitian Sensation has accompanied every meal in this house this week! Delicious.

  5. Johnny Brinkworth

What a sauce, it goes SO well in pizza! I will be back for more!!! Also look forward to what the future holds.

  6. Alex Smith

I bought this sauce at the Eastnor Chilli Festival, and I wish I had bought more than one bottle! Oh man, it’s so fruity, with that very distinctive scotch bonnet flavour, without being overbearingly hot. I’m not normally a chilli sauce kinda gal, but I used this bottle on everything and it was gone in three days. Time to order some more :D

  7. Andy Mix

Bought at Great Dorset Chilli Festival. Massively delicious, good idea in the recipe to use the Kesar mango pulp in it rather than faffing around cutting flesh off fruit. Use it on chicken a lot and it has a real sweet/savoury flavour. Will definitely get again and also try some others
