Simple and beyond delicious Prawn Curry using our North Indian curry Paste.
Fry the Onion and Garlic in the Rapeseed Oil until golden.
Add the Red and Green Peppers followed by the Purkan Curry Paste. Cook until extremely aromatic.
Add the Fresh Chilli, Creamed Coconut and Yoghurt, turn the heat down and cook for 5 minutes.
Place the Raw Prawns in the pan and cook for a couple of minutes until cooked through but not overcooked.
Add the Fresh Coriander and serve with Rice or Naan Bread
