With it’s slightly smoky characteristic and mild heat, this is what makes it so universal. Despite it being easy to use with or on anything we still hear our customers saying a spoon was all that was required!

This Red Chilli Jam is my new obsession! I picked up a jar at the beginning of the week and it’s half gone already. It is lovely on cheddar and goats cheese and the other night I was making a very lazy, simple tea of sausages and chips and decided to open a tin of baked beans and put about a teaspoon of this chilli jam in the beans and they were brilliant. I also do a lot of Asian cooking and adding a little of this in sauces or marinades is so good.
