Our Chilli Jam is made with 100% Natural ingredients. There’s no surprises and no nasties. If you’re new to chilli jam, then please note it’s not a direct replacement for strawberry jam on your morning slice of toast! It’s more for cooking with or eating in smaller quantities. This has a very low quantity of chilli (just a couple of % of the overall ingredients), however don’t let that deter you as the cooking method we carry out ensures it has enough heat to warm you palate without killing all the other flavours your attempting to eat with your chilli jam.

We have so many great uses of this chilli jam which you can view on our recipe’s section, or simply click here to see a list of what we recommend you give it a go in, there’s sure to be something that takes your fancy . Our favourite use of horners aftermath is too smear it all over a duck and roast it in a hot oven for a couple of hours uncovered, this impairs a beautiful flavour and aroma whilst giving the duck some spice, it’s almost hassle free Chinese style roast duck.

    I have just finsihed this.. wow, this is lovely and rich with a slightly smoky flavor….I’ve enjoyed this with poppadoms, adding to curry sauses and anything else I can find to dip!!
