Gin Fizz – Milk Chilli Chocolate
A delectably interesting bar of chocolate without shadow of doubt. It’s all about the harmony of flavours and how they complement the taste and warmth of the chilli with Gin Fizz. If you let the chocolate melt in your mouth, you’ll experience the popping candy exploding in your mouth so in turn give you some hints of gin. Not just any chocolate, because this is the finest quality Belgian Milk Chocolate. Yes we champion as local as we can but let’s be honest cocoa beans don’t grow nearby, so in this case we’re happy to delectably choose one from Belgium.
We grow all of the Aji Limon chilli peppers ourselves at Warwickshire Chilli Farm. The chillies are then dehydrated and freshly ground each time the bars of chocolate are produced. So this Aji Lemon chilli not only looks amazing but it tastes superb too!
Because the bars of Gin Fizz are made so that you can break off a very small chunk, or a huge piece, but that’s up to you. It allows you to get an understanding of the product before you go in for too much initially. Check out the imagery of both sides of the chocolate bar to understand what we are referring to.
