Dorset Naga Chilli, featured in this chutney were the worlds known hottest only a few years ago, although not the hottest right now they are still ridiculously hot! Also not just any Dorset Naga Chillies either… They are the ones we grew for the Sea Spring Seeds Growing Challenge in 2013 – Yeah the one we won with 401 ripe Dorset Naga Chillies. Due to this fact we have decided to name the product partially after ‘Joy Michaud’, who runs Sea Spring Seeds with her husband Michael Michaud in Dorset. We still grow this variety today.
