Description
This king prawn chilli masala is a superb Indian curry with a little Thai / Malaysian influence of the Lemongrass and Kafir Lime Leaves. Packed with flavour and the king prawns are also butterflied with all the shell, head and tail removed and cooked in garlic butter before being added to the curry. Not hot, mild to medium heat.
