Bean Cassoulet

A great accompaniment with sausages, duck, chicken or a jacket potato. No matter what you choose to put it with it’s simple and delicious.

Yields1 Serving
 400 g Mixed Beans (canned)
 400 g Baked Beans
 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
 1 tsp Lamb Rub
 1 tsp Chipotle Chilli Paste
 1 OnionDiced
 4 CarrotsDiced

Gently Soften / Fry the Onion until slightly coloured. Now add the peeled and diced carrots.

Don’t drain the beans, simply open both the mixed beans and baked beans and pour into the pan. Now Add the Lamb Rub, Chipotle Seasoning and the rest of the ingredients. Cook on the hob over a medium flame for 15 Minutes
