 500 g Potatoes, peeled and parboiled
 1 Onion, finely diced
 400 g Tinned chopped tomatoes

Parboil the potatoes, at the same time fry the onion in a little oil until golden brown in a frying pan, approximately 6 Minutes.

Drain the potatoes, add to the onion and use the entire seasoning mix. Stir to coat the seasoning into the potatoes for 1 Minute.

Add the can of tinned tomatoes and cook on a medium heat for 8 Minutes.

Place in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander if you desire. Enjoy.
