Layout the salmon fillets onto a plate and sprinkle over the cajun seasoning
Roll the salmon fillets around in the seasoning that is on the plate to coat all sides.
Place in the fridge for 15 Minutes to allow the coating to properly take effect.
Bring a heavy based frying pan to a medium high heat and add 2 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil, once hot add each of the salmon fillets laying them away from you to avoid splashes of hot oil.
Cook on each side for 2 Minutes.
Serve with the beans and rice, garnish with coriander and enjoy.
