
Ingredients
For the Filling
2 Tbsp olive oil
400g chicken, cut into thin strips
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
You'll also need
8 soft white flour tortillas
guacamole
sour cream
salsa
Directions
Warm the tortillas

Heat the oven to 150°C

Wrap the tortilas in two stacks of four, use foil and cover well to prevent them from drying out

place in the oven whilst you get the chicken filling made
Cook the filling

Heat the oil in a frying pan

Add the chicken and cook for 3 Minutes until starting to brown

Add the peppers and onion, fry for a further 2 Minutes until these have softened and started to caramelise

Add the spice blend and coat the chicken, peppers and onion well, if needed add a splash of water to ensure everything is coated well and cook for 1 Minute more

Serve on the table for your family or guests to build their own
