Ingredients

 6 Pork Chops
 60g Chorizo Sausage, minced up finely
 1 Sachet Prices Spices Chilli, Paprika & Herb Stuffing Mixture
 1 Knob of Butter
 6 Sage leaves, roughly chopped
 20g Parmesan Cheese, grated finely

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

Make the stuffing mixture, add the knob of butter and 500ml of water to the stuffing mix and stir well to combine. Sprinkle in the minced up chorizo and give it another brief stir. Leave to stand for 5 Minutes.

Place the chops on a baking sheet. Cover the chops with the stuffing mixture so that there's approximately 1cm depth of stuffing on the chops. Place a few of the sage leaves on top of each chop and bake int he over for 15 Minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the grated parmesan cheese.

Serve immediately with a salad and enjoy!
