In a large pan, heat the olive oil and then add the onion and red pepper. Cook over a medium to high heat until softened and then add the minced beef.
Brown the beefing remove any watery residue that may have come out of the beef.
Add the sachet of prices spices chilli con carne seasoning to the pan, stir well to combine over the heat for 30 Seconds.
Add the tinned chopped tomatoes to the pan and also refill the can with water and add this too along with the tomato purée.
Stir and leave to simmer for approximately 30 Minutes.
Just before your ready to serve, add the can of red kidney beans and heat through.
