
Ingredients
12 chicken legs
6 Tbsp india joywala chutney
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp maldon sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Place the chicken legs into a large bowl and mix in the india joywala chutney, lemon juice and seasonings until the legs are completely smothered in the gooey pineapple chutney.

Place into the fridge for 60 Minutes.

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Place the chicken legs on a baking tray and place into the oven for 25 Minutes. They should be beautifully golden and cooked through but do check the juices run clear at the thickest part.
