Add the milk to the bread mix along with another 300ml of warm water. Follow the packet for any specific instructions but if not mix together and allow to rise in at room temperature until it has doubled in size.
Combine the cheddar along with the brie, apple and spring onions.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, roll the dough into 10cm pieces and then place 1/8 of the cheese mixture into the centre of these. Gather the edges up and pinch together to seal.
If required reshape and then place onto a floured baking sheet covered with a damp cloth for a further 30 Minutes.
Brush the rolls with a splash of milk and then place into the oven at 190°C for 20 Minutes.
