
Ingredients
For the Spicy Meat
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
500 g minced pork
1 red onionroughly chopped
400 g can mixed beansdrained
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tsp garlic powder
For Serving
12 taco shells
3 tomatoesdiced
2 avocadospeeled stoned and sliced
2 baby gem lettuceshredded
200 g cheddar cheesegrated
125 ml sour cream

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the minced pork and diced red onion for 3 Minutes until the pork is cooked.

Combine the chilli powder, garlic powder and your choice of either haitian sensation chilli sauce or haitian hottie chilli sauce with 100 ml water.

Heat the oven to 100°C and whilst it's warming up place the taco shells in to start to soften up.

To make the salad, simply place all of the ingredients into spirit bowls and serve on the board or table so you can build your own tacos as you desire.

Once the liquid has been fully absorbed remove from the heat and serve straight away.

If they're still not hot enough you can add further sauce to the top of your taco!
