Taco Filling
 300g 21 Day Aged Sirloin Steak, sliced into thin strips
 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
 1 Sachet Prices Spices Taco Seasoning
 2 tsp Achiote
 1/4 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Garnish
 12 Mini Soft Flour Tortillas
 1 Gem Lettuce, Shredded
 100g Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Optional taco toppings
 1 Bottle Haitian Hottie Chilli Sauce
 1 Bottle Haitian Sensation Chilli Sauce
 1 Bottle El Salivate Ador Chilli Sauce
 1 Jar Pipers Potion Pickled Chinense Chillies

Heat oven to 150°C

Place the tortillas wrapped in some foil in the oven whilst you cook the steak

Heat a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the olive oil and then fry the steak for 1 Minute until browned

Add the Taco Seasoning Mix along with the Achiote, salt and pepper. Cook for a further 1 Minute

Serve all the items in individual bowls at the table to allow everyone to build their own taco
