With a stick Blender, blitz the avocado with the sour cream and place in a small bowl
Put the soft flour tortillas into foil and place into the oven at 120°C to warm
In a large frying pan, add the oil and once hot add the onion and peppers. Fry for 3 Minutes over a medium to high heat until soft and starting to brown at the edges
Add the Raw Prawns and cook for 1 Minute
Add the Prices Spices Fajita Seasoning to the pan and stir well to combine, cook for a further minute until the prawns are cooked through
Turn the heat off and squeeze the limes over the prawn, onion and paper mixture followed by the coriander
Place into a bowl and serve immediately with the warmed tortillas and avocado sour cream
