 1 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil
 1 Onion, finely chopped
 2 cloves Garlic
 7 Tbsp Lucknow Chutney
 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 7 Tbsp Mayonnaise
 8 Chicken Thighs

Heat the oven to 190°C

Add the oil to a frying pan and place over a high heat. Cook the onion and Garlic until soft.

Turn off the heat to the frying pan and then stir in the Lucknow Chutney, Worcestershire Sauce and Mayonnaise.

Arrange the chicken in a non stick oven tray greased with a little oil. Cover in the mixture and bake in the oven for 50 Minutes until cooked through and sticky all over the top. Serve with salad or rice and enjoy.
