
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings, tips removed
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp haitian sensation chilli sauce
3 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tsp maldon sea salt
1 Tsp black pepper, ground

Remove the wingtips using a sharp knife.

Place the chicken wings into an oven roasting tray and pile in all the other ingredients. Rub all of the ingredients together and place the wings into the oven.

After cooking for 25 Minutes give them a good jiggle and turn them over so that the coating cooks in well.

Cook for a further 20 Minutes

Remove from the oven and serve with a good glug of haitian sensation chilli sauce in a separate pot for dipping.
