Rum & Reaper Dark Chilli Chocolate
Belgian 54% Dark Chocolate is the balance between milk chocolate and dark chocolate in our opinion. It tastes like dark without all the bitter notes a 70-80% dark chocolate possesses. It features a hint of rum and a smidgen of the worlds hottest chilli, dehydrated and powedered from our own stock.
We grow all of the Ghost Chilli ourselves at Warwickshire Chilli Farm. The chillies are then dehydrated and freshly ground each time the bars of chocolate are produced. So this Ghost Chilli Chocolate not only looks amazing but it tastes superb too!
Because the bars are made so that you can break off a very small chunk, or a huge piece. It allows you to get an understanding of the product before you go in for too much initially. Check out the imagery of both sides of the chocolate bar to understand what we are referring to.
