Haitian Sensation – Mango & Scotch Bonnet Chilli Sauce
Our Mango & Scotch Bonnet Chilli Sauce is made with 100% Natural ingredients. Because it’s the only way! It has no surprises and no nasties. Simply check out the ingredients. Haitian Sensation Chilli Sauce is our first chilli sauce. It’s still the bosses favourite chilli sauce too because it’s extremely fruity and at 60% mango. Whilst pleasing you with all the flavours of the tropical fruit followed by that awesome chinense chilli flavour of those superb scotch bonnet chillies. Although it only has 4% scotch bonnet in the sauce, don’t be fooled because the sauce is not any light-weight in the heat department, and it is a pleasing balance between mild and too hot!
The sauce ships in a standard 110ml square dorrica sauce bottle. Once opened, this won’t suffer the usual chilli sauce fate of going to waste. Nor will it get lost in the fridge. This will be your new go to hot sauce. It’s just that damn good!

Prices Spices Haitian Sensation Chilli Sauce is quite literally sugar, spice and all things nice…
Works wonders with halloumi, hotdogs, burgers and baguettes. Our favourite use is a bacon sandwich. This is because the sweetness from the mango goes well with the bacon. Alternatively give this taco recipe a go. There’s many more uses than you can shake a stick at…

I have a VERY BIG PROBLEM with this sauce……
The bottle isn’t big enough.
It should come in 2 litre bottles to stop me having to carry 3 at a time to the checkout.🙂
Absolutely delicious. Lovely mix of fruity scotch bonnets and juicy mango.
Not many hot sauces I’m happy to swig from the bottle!

Bought at Great Dorset Chilli Festival. Massively delicious, good idea in the recipe to use the Kesar mango pulp in it rather than faffing around cutting flesh off fruit. Use it on chicken a lot and it has a real sweet/savoury flavour. Will definitely get again and also try some others

I bought this sauce at the Eastnor Chilli Festival, and I wish I had bought more than one bottle! Oh man, it’s so fruity, with that very distinctive scotch bonnet flavour, without being overbearingly hot. I’m not normally a chilli sauce kinda gal, but I used this bottle on everything and it was gone in three days. Time to order some more 😀

Utterly exquisite!
Haitian Sensation has a quick kick followed by the freshest mango burst on the tongue. The fruity note with its upfront heat make this a seriously adaptable product. Splashed in a paella as well as slathered in a toastie sandwich with mature cheddar; Haitian Sensation has accompanied every meal in this house this week! Delicious.

Tried this at the Coventry food festival – simply amazing. Took a bottle that day and ordered another 2 days later.

Nice and fruity with one hell of a kick. Good to dip chips in, if you can take the heat
