Ghost Pepper Chilli Sauce
Ghost Pepper Chilli Sauce, it’s hot and then some! Our first sauce to feature Oleoresin of Capsicum or better known as Chilli Extract. There’s only a little extract in this but we still wanted it to be usable rather than a sauce that cripples you! If you like a good tasting hot sauce and can handle some heat then this is one for you to try.
This might be a sauce that is that hot you want it for a challenge, because it’s so hot that is. For heat lovers it’ll be a usable sauce that’s packed with so much flavour, natural sweetness from the roasted red peppers and mango. Oleoresin Capsicum A.K.A. Chilli Extract
Oleoresin Capsicum or more commonly know as Chilli Extract is a way to make a product spicy without carrying all the taste of a certain chilli, however it can often carry a chemically taste. To overcome this we have balanced which oleoresin capsicum is used. And We’ve ensured that the other ingredients will help to mask any of that flavour. It’s a balancing act and one we think we’ve got right with this product.
Ghost Pepper also known as Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper seems to be the American name it was given somewhere along the line…) is originally a chilli that has come from North India. Slightly more depth of flavour than the more commonly known Naga Chilli. This Ghost Pepper Chilli Sauce we like to call Heathen is smooth, slightly sweet and face meltingly delicious, pop one in your basket because you know you want to try it!
